Surrey Metro Taxi strives to provide the most accessible service possible. Driver and staff training emphasize a knowledge of all relevant facets of the Accessibility for British Columbian with Disabilities Act, The Human Rights Code of British Columbia as well as municipal Bylaws that pertain to service provided to those with accessibility concerns.
Please alert us to any service accommodations you may require so that we may dispatch the appropriate vehicle. Although we will endeavor to provide such an accommodation we are only able to do so within our means and may suggest an alternate service if there is any risk posed to equipment, staff or passengers.

Remedial action, including potential amendment to this policy, will be undertaken by management if necessary. This policy shall be reviewed annually.
