Wheelchair Accessible
For our customers with additional physical requirements, Surrey Metro Taxi maintains 17 wheelchair-accessible vans that are conveniently available 24/7.Our drivers will cheerfully assist you with both ingress and egress of our vehicles. We also accept taxi saver vouchers.

Moreover, wheelchair passengers get priority dispatching over conventional fares. We also maintain excellent relations with senior care homes. Our drivers make a point of going the extra mile to help seniors to and from cabs, and, when required, by helping them to their residences with parcels or groceries―particularly those relying on mobility devices such as walkers.

Road Side Assistance & Jump starts
Being stranded on the side of the road due to a vehicle breakdown is a frustrating and stressful experience. In the unlikely event of such an occurrence, please remember that Surrey Metro Taxi offers 24-hour roadside assistance with the following services:
- Jump start for your vehicle ($20 fee regardless of whether or not the vehicle starts).
- Pickup from your vehicle if you are stranded as a result of mechanical difficulties.
- Should you run out of gas, we can also provide clients with transportation to and from the nearest gas station where they can fill a temporary jerry can.
Please Note: We do not provide tire-changing services.
Child Car Seat
To ensure the safety and comfort of young children, Surrey MetroTaxi offers child car seat restraints and assistance with installation of car seats for parents traveling with small children.
